I'm from Belgium and I've ordered a Collector Edition of Divinity: Original Sin 2.

It takes more than one week to come: I've just get it today. And what a surprise: if I copy the code on Steam, the code is already used!



So what's next?...
I'm tired of all these problems... I sent a mail to you, but it's friday night. I wanted to play this weekend... and I think I won't.

Your game is a really holy grail!

I'm in the same boat here.
I was happy to finally receive the package, and now this Steam key issue...
Still no answer from support, I guess I will see how to get a refund with Paypal.
