I've noticed quite a few times in my playthrough that there are several items that are marked as "Unique" and seem like they'd be great weapons (The Sourceforged weapons come to mind), but they're missing stats, abilities, or skills on them - I thought this was intended behavior, but I've since found a few Unique items that have flavor text that indicates that they should grant a skill, ability, or buff.
One specific example I can provide is for Hannag's Ring, the flavor text says that the item "bestows chameleon skin upon the wearer" but no skill is granted by the item, and no stats are allocated (except magic armor).
