Getting a bit frustrated with disappearing NPCs. The latest is Almira in Act 3. I've heard there are a couple quests from her: Sallow Man and Swornbreaker.

I hear there's another way to get the Sallow Man quest through a black mirror. Can anyone point me to the NPC who has it?

is she not on the ship? i've never had her disappear

No, she's not on the ship, I've also had problems with the boy not returning, Tavian not at the graveyard, etc.

That said, I'm an idiot, there are 3 black mirrors in my backpack... *facepalm*

i've heard of tarquin disappearing, though i've never seen it myself. i've seen people suggest travelling back and forth between waypoints and then restarting the game as a means of making them reappear? you could try that

it's definitely bug-related though

I thought she'd disappeared in Act 3, but it turns out she's on the ship where the waypoint icon is on my minimap. It covers her minimap icon.
