Error Server Shutting Down

When trying to continue a game I get an Error: Server Shutting Down. I can start a new game but within that game I can not load my previously saved games. Any help would be great

can someone help me with this issue? When looking to load a game there says there is nothing the cloud to load as the percentage in the cloud is now at 0%? I have over 40 hours plus into the game and really do not want to start over. Any help would be great!!
