Hi guys I got the game last week, and love it. Did a few restarts due to bad decisions and I wonder if I made another one.

See I killed stingtail without talking to Sebille, now I can't find her, anyone have some details of her next whereabouts? I have this huge backpack full of limbs she has to eat.

Dead and a ghost if you already departed and had the fight on the ship.

So It seems she was at the original spot, for some reason I couldn't find her. She's a fine wizard now.
