This has to be the bugtime low of the whole game. I constantly have to save and reload to get these frigging lava eruptions do their job without entering into an endless loop of activity. My characters don't activate and when I finally manage to get to the Lady Vengeance, the fight carries over in some instances.
If there's any instance in dire need of patching, then it's this. This isn't fun, but a grind and a chore.
