Ok this bug make explosive trap one of the best magic damage ability by far, but this is too powerfull and definitively not intended... is it ?
It seems the trap explode 1 time for every source of different damage applied to it at the same time.
The thing is the first source of damage should explode the trap and the other source of damage should not trigger another trap explosion.
How to reproduce this bug:
- Buff yourself with elemental arrowhead
- Buff yourself with venom blade
- Autoattack the trap
=> The trap will do 3 explosions instead of one, doing 3 times the dmg it should do.
So you can imagine the insane damage early in the game if you explode the trap with a poison arrow, it will do 3x trap damage + poison arrow dmg + surface explosion + poison
There is probably other ways to make the trap explode multiple time, like multiple projectile AoE type spells.
Of course it would not be fun if this bug was not working with the source explosive trap spell, resulting in 15+ explosion with the 2 buffs above, add brandon buff to the list and ... you get the idea.
Here is a screenshot of my game when i litteraly OS the tank in my group with the source trap spell + water arrow with poison and elemental buff resulting in 15 explosion ( probably more but the tank died with the 15th ).
The trap damage resulted in 4500+ dmg instead of 1200+. It actually make it worth using lategame ( but way too powerfull early and mid game ), while without the bug the damage would be too low for any use on a late game damage build.
