it is possible to combine the skull sentinel under ryker's house with a pestle and mortar which grinds it to dust. however this prevents you from interacting with the staircase. i think it would be funny if the game recognized this interaction

I never interacted with the Skull Sentinel =0 I wasn't able to pick it up either...
