My main character got his source collar removed in Fort Joy. Then I made it to Amadia's Sanctuary, talked with Duggan/Leya but neither offered to take off my collar. Now when I speak to them, it's just "Duggan is comforting Leya."

So now what?

Never mind, I somehow got it to work.

You needed to save their leader first, my guess. ^^

If Beast is in your party, Duggan will have Leya remove the collars right away. Having Beast around gets you a fair amount of free stuff!
