Is there is a way to adjust surface painter damage or is it just cosmetic?
As far as I understand, the surface effect damage depends on the caster's level, doesn't matter if it's a spell or a grenade. Higher level means more damage.
It seems the GM virtual character's level is actually 1, so all the fire damage will always be 1-2. Is there is a way to change it?
