Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks clue to caught Tingalf and go to river town

i got stuck with two of these quest.
First one is finding a clue about who is the sender of Tingalf product
and second one is go to river town

Ps. i clear everything in first land already, waiting to clear this two quest
and go to the next map.
