Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 - The Modding Dungeon Divinity - Original Sin 2 - Modding Stats StackId and scaling status effect

I just need two quick questions answered and there seems to be, as far as I can tell, ZERO documentation regarding status effects.

1) Is it acceptable to merely change the StackId in StatusData to get my custom status effect to stack or do I need to fiddle with other things as well?

2) If I don't need it to stack at all, is it okay to merely leave this field blank?

The StackId is used so one status can't stack with another, or even the status can't stack with itself. If you leave the entry blank, the status will stack with itself. If you use another status StackId, it won't stack with itself nor the other status you copied the StackId from.
