Don't forget to disable your Norton AntiVirus auto-protect when you install the English version of the game. I did at first and the copy protection of the game kicked in when Norton started scanning. I got the message that it couldn't read the cd anymore.

The game wasn't completely installed, so I had to uninstall the game and re-install it from scratch. After disabling the NAV auto-protect, installation worked and the game works fine now

In general, real time anti-virus programs tend to cause problems with software installation.

Oh, it was just a remark for people who don't know and have the same problem... or people who tend to forget this every single time, like I do

Not just NAV. . .I was able to install the game yesterday only by first disabling McAfee's Antivirus ActiveShield (I also got rid of all the other active stuff in the McAfee Internet Security suite as well, just to be safe). With the AV enabled, the CD was just spin and the HDD would churn, but nothing else would happen.

Once installed though, the game runs just fine with all that stuff enabled.
