At first thought, not many players would complain about a custom character not having a personal quest line the way companions have them.

But does it really need to be like that?

Larian, being such amazingly talented developers, could surely create a questline that simply gets applied to your custom character.

They could have a small selection of them and either allow the player to assign one to the custom character on creation, or choose to have one randomly assigned. Or pick a 'sequential' option that makes sure the one you end up with is one you have not played before.

I have no doubt this is well within the abilities of such an historically talented development team.

I look forward to seeing it implemented in DOS3.
