I have looked on the net and all the level progression charts seem out of date. Is there a current one available?

what is "level progression charts" you're talking about?
and how did they became outdated, if the game had no exp curve revamps?

He probably meant a chart like the one found in here Level Up Table

But in my DE playthrough I didn't get the impression that there were any changes made to level progression.
