I recently started playing the game and im new to the series , haven't gotten past act 2
Are all characters bisexual canonically?
The game has multiple endings right? But there are a lot of characters , some of them can even be dead , did they talk about how
They are gonna handle that in fallen heroes?

Yes and, more then that, undead are "functional".

Given the number of characters available, no restrictions were placed on player choice for the romance feature.

Fallen Heroes brought back all the origin characters, so I assume glosses over the details of saving the world the first time. I don't know which ending is considered canonical, except that Lucian is alive.

Is he still divine? Was "Fallen Heroes" ever released?

Development of Fallen Heroes was put on hold.

Once upon a time, development of Half-Life 3 was put on hold too and it's ancient history right now.

Better not. I was looking forward to this game (Fallen Heroes) and when i read the sad news, i was completely shattered. I have alrdy prepared the money to buy it on release. Life is perverse...

I'd have to be convinced. Dragon Commander was the only Larian game that I just couldn't continue in after trying - just didn't like it and I understand that the mechanics are similar. Trying to combine two genres rarely works.
