I *love* the party-wide panels for character sheets, inventory, gear etc. - this makes party logistics a whole lot easier than in most other C-RPGs!

Not being able to see the inventory in front of the equipement menu in something I can't deal with.

You absolutely can! It's two different views. You can either use the Character View (N) and thus view Equipment, Inventory, Character Sheet + Spellbook all on one page for one character...
Or you can view each of those panels side by side for the whole party with the respective panel buttons.

Totally agree! I love that there's both the party-wide views and the individual character views. A feature I didn't even know I wanted.
