I cant stand the camera and movement in this game. To be fair to Larien I hated the camera and movement in BG 1 @ 2 , Neverwinter night 1 @ 2 , Pretty much every RPG. Why does the movement and camera have to be move each individually. I know for a fact it can be done perfectly IMO and that is mouse look. DDO ( Dungeons and Dragons online) does it and it came out live in 06' Neverwinter online does it as well.

So simple use the W key to move and the mouse directs the camera and your direction all at the same time. No holding down the scroll button. Why do all RPG's go with this type of movement frankly it boggles my mind.

I was able to get over the turn based combat, because i'm intrigued with the story. However this camera and movement is like (imagine) is like having sex with no arms or legs..

I completely agree, except I have no idea what it's like to have intercourse as a torso.

I would love to be able to toggle the movement and camera controls. Maybe I missed that option? I'll look in a minute, but in case it isn't there, I really want to be able to move my character with WASD and control the camera with the mouse.

how would you interact with stuff? i agree the camera is wonky to use but i dont know how enviornment actions would work otherwise

The camera would only move with click & drag, perhaps after a small delay of like... 30ms. Left, middle, and right click would go unchanged

Agreed. It's not a deal breaker or anything, but I'd much rather use WASD, it's more comfortable.

Not sure I understand what you mean, interact would be with a button as is with all games. Right click attack left click interact / pick up so forth, or even customize it in settings.
