Having to move myself and move the camera is tiresome. Please, add a setting that allows people to choose to have the camera follow you from behind like NWN does. If its already in game and I am blind feel free to let me know the name please.

There isn't in the game afaik, the closest what is in, it is to mouse left click on char portrait after moved, to center camera there.
The camera moving around alone could be useful, but as an extra option a camera that follows the character would help a lot with all that managing when moving around.

Also the camera should go lower (closer) when zoom in is used (instead bird eye view above character), down until the center of the screen is at character head level. The max. and min. zoom is very limited.

In fight mode there's no way to look ahead, or around, all is focused on what's under the camera in a small area, so takes a lot of turning it and literally fighting with the camera.

I usually just double click the character portrait, and the camera follows the character.

Agree on option for camera to follow. Though you can center back on character with a double click. Going a long distance by clicking with one hand and following with the other is cumbersome.

Most games today have the option to toggle camera follow.

I think it may just be a bit broken. The camera does follow the character when you click on the ground but it's easy to "dislodge" (for lack of a better term) The other option that seems to constantly break is mouse scrolling. I constantly have to reengage mouse scrolling by tapping a wasd key.

There is a way, just hit the Home key on the keyboard. It'll center to the active character and point the camera north I believe, as well as "re-enable" follow mode (for the lack of a better term).

I actually ended up rebinding this to F.. I need to hit it constantly to reengage the follow camera.

Agree with the OP. Camera is ATM the main issue for me. Please allow "follow" or "fixed" camera, because the way it is now it's really messy and it takes away from the enjoyment of the game.
