Quest messages and conversations saying $ERROR$. I understand many people had this in 1.40 though it only showed up for me in 1.41.

The helm of luck that you get from the talking skull no longer provides any luck boost. It still states that it is luck boost +12...but when you equip it in any number of ways there is no such bonus anymore.

I never noticed the $ERROR$ thing in quest logs in 1.40.

I think the only $ stuff in 1.40 was in the conversation log, and it wasn't $ERROR$. It was stuff like $NPC$.
