So when you are at the Camp I think it would be nice to have full access to all the inventories for all the companions. Also that you can level up characters without having to take them into your party would be nice.
Another thing to make things perhaps a little bit smoother would be that you can get a easier way to change the companions, even though the dismissing one does give some quite nice dialogues.
