While making new characters it's nice to be able to skip some chat options that you've already memorized. Holding spacebar skips through these dialogs but also unfortunately auto selections player chat options. Holding spacebar should only skip to the next player chat option and then spacebar should not work as a button to select a chat option. If you want chat functionality select on keys maybe 1-5 or enter, but not the same key as the skip dialog button.
