Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - Technical & Gameplay Problems Can't use the first 2 Waypoints

Just tried to use the WP and could not get it to work. Then I ran into Lae'zel in the cage and when I walked around the cliff area to see how to release the cage she disappeared completely. I guess it opens during conversation but I asked her to say please and it ended. Edit -So much in this game makes zero sense but you have to click on the words in the list not the actual waypoints. Why does the toolbar unlock itself so when you click on it with the mouse pointer it REMOVES your spells and scrolls ?

Were you trying to click the actual icons on the map to use the waypoints? You have to click the name on the right side in the text list of available destinations.

Figured out how it worked with some clicking on everything but thanks for the reply. Would think map icon would work though ?

It took me some clicking around to figure it out, too.
