Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - Suggestions & Feedback Keybindings should persist through Profiles

I had to start a new profile because my saves got corrupted. I noticed soon that the key bindings I had created on the other profile did not transfer over. I think Keybindings should be independent of the profile you are on.

I think a better way may be to enable export/importing of keybinding layouts, but shouldn't the point of profiles be to allow things like keybindings to be different? I get that another purpose is to have distinct play throughs, but profiles shouldn't be limited to that scope.

Maybe a check box to "Use Global Keybinds" vs "Use Local Keybinds" associated with each profile.
