Hello.
Currently the game is designed in a way that you can make combat easier by:
-using healing potions, essentially more than doubling your characters hp over not having them
-using scrolls to grant you more powerful than usual skills
-using long rests to start a fight with full spell charges and full heatlh

So to succeed at the highest difficulty level, I could essentially gain a lot of healing potions and scrolls and rest before any combat to make the game mode easier. This way I could bypass most of the difficulty that would be there with less consumables and rests. Or if the game would be balanced for using a lot of scrolls and healing potions and rests, it makes the spell charges system pretty pointless (I can rest anyway as much as I want and a wizard usually doesn't run out of spells in a single combat) and pushes me into a playstyle were I need to gain a lot of consumables, e.g. by stealing (which I may not like to do, if I want to play a good character).
I would like to see a way of these mechanics being balanced.
