I've saved Hazlin, got the reward with the wolf symbol, and now I'm supposed to celebrate and wait till morning ... what am I supposed to do?

This seems like it's bugged.

That part is pretty badly executed. What you need to do is find the tiefling leader (walls above the main gate) and talk to him. That'll lead to celebration once you go to your camp. After that, the main plot will continue. I was pretty puzzled as well and kept wandering around and trying to sleep at camp to advance time, to no avail.

having the same issue i've killed all the goblins got the reward in the druid grove talked to the tiefling about meeting me at camp, say lets go then nothing. i've used the long rest button in the top right and i've tped to the camp still nothing, essentially hit a wall.

I was able to work it out, but I feel so annoyed that I broke for camp just before I went back to the Druid Grove D: !
