General
Movement feels clunky and unresponsive at times.
Ability to remove the autosave limit.
Skipping tutorial section after the first time.
Actual pausing, not just bringing up the menu.
When a character says something like “That's curious...” sometimes it's hard to know what they're talking about.
When jumping over a gap, companions won't follow even though they're perfectly capable of doing so.
Pressing space bar in dialogue should not choose the a speech option
Fog of war is needed to hide things that are far away.
When casting spells & skills highlight what is in your line of sight, like DOS:2
Ability to respec your character after or during Act 1.
Better ability markers to show where it's travelling to and who it's going to hit.
Low loot variety, never found any gloves, boots, shields or capes for the first 20 hours, had to buy them.
Only one or two tiers of weapon, the only knife I've seen is called “Knife”
No crafting, cooking, alchemy, enchanting etc.
Weapon durability & upkeep.
Pushing an enemy into another enemy should knock them both over.

Character Creation
Lack of classes / variants. (early access issue)
Hairstyle restrictions on Tiefling races.
Lack of face types, voices and tattoos for most races.
Some faces look too similar and the amount of younger weaker faces is very small.
Facial hair should probably be allowed on elves.
Background options & lighting
No armour & clothing viewing.
Some hair clips and some long hair doesn't touch and instead floats above the shoulders.
Eyebrow types (it's probably not that hard to include, some faces just have really bad eyebrows)
Race height diversity.
Wrinkles, scars & facial marks not present.
None of the classes start with head or hand gear.
What the hell does picking a god even change? This should probably be explained.
Uncommon gear is too bright looking due to the golden glow, should be saved for legendary gear.
More makeup types.
More tattoo colours.

Graphics & Design
No cloth physics on gear despite having it on hair and even beards.
Makes long mage gear really ugly to wear.
Sheaths, Scabbards and Quivers not even slightly present in the game.
Backpacks should be visible in some capacity, mainly for aesthetics.
Shields disappear when not in combat, should be visible on back like in Dragon Age etc.
Both your main hand and offhand weapon should be visible, but only the one being used should be drawn.
Mindflayer tentacle physics could use some fixing, not enough weight.
Lots and lots of clipping with outfits.
Texture's load in really slow.
Cambion wing physics are really “physics-y”.

UI
Can't rotate character in the equipment screen.
No option to hide head gear.
Party linking is a more obscure mechanic than in DOS:2 so players might have issues finding it.
Inventory sorting in inventory.
Clarity for skill effects & magic.

Bugs, Glitches & Technical Issues
Characters mouth doesn't move when talking.
Facial expressions not matching what the character's saying.
Asserting dominance with random t-posing during and after conversations.
Auto-save doesn't work sometimes.
Looting menu has cursor-phobia and will avoid my cursor at all costs.
Death saving throws sometimes stop working and they just lay there dying.
Moving things that aren't supposed to be picked up by putting a box on top of them. (gas traps)
Helping a companion up sometimes means shooting them with your crossbow and ending their life.
Characters will willingly walk through fire to get to their objective, even though they can avoid it.
Corpses ragdoll and stretch before flying away into the void.
Companion in conversation with someone below the map.
Upon loading previous save, hard crash to desktop.
Upon trying to move, hard crash to desktop
Character decides to barehand beat them with their hands instead of using his equipped axe.
When blinking, characters eyes can be seen clipping from below eyelids.
Characters sliding up ladders.
Quick save doesn't work sometimes.
Spells not consuming spell slots.
Crashing before the goblin invasion.
Game cause my HDMI to crash and restart. (Vulkan)
Lots of crashing during the goblin invasion.
Can't sleep at my camp which causes that save to get soft locked. Caused by someone wanting to speak to me, it's a consistent issue.
Characters teleporting onto surfaces above them during combat.
Can't target downed enemies that are below the floor.
Low FPS as the game decides to load everything in at once rather than gradually
Slow loading times on objects.
Game goes bright white for a second after loading a old save.
Character's will stop mid jump and fall to their death, or out of the map potentially.
Clicking on abilities and items instantly removes them from the hotbar.
HUD, textures and meshes doesn't load in for about 2 minutes.
Camera pans under the map during combat. Wyll dies and glitches under the map so I can't revive or recruit him.
Missing tags during dialogue, instead shows a [].
Screen goes black because I'm having a conversation with a man I just killed.

Game Balance
Guiding Bolt (Lv.1 Evocation Spell) is really powerful compared to other spells.
Sacred Flame (Evocation Cantrip) never actually works due to it's average 50% hit rate, and does minimal damage.
Pushing people into walls could do collision damage or a stun.
Torches as offhand weapons.
Short bow often has way too little damage.

As a note for you, Guiding Bolt and Sacred Flame work exactly as described in the DnD e5 Player's Handbook.
I do agree on the feelings you have for them, though. Usually, spells that use saving throws will still deal half damage if the opponent succeeds on the saving throw, so it feels confusing to me that Sacred Flame does not work this way. But it is indeed true to the rules of e5.

i second sacred flame feeling rly bad compared to other cantrips, i dont want the game to follow dnd rules to the letter, i just want it to feel good and fun to play, if sacred flame suck in the pnp version, maybe it could get changed a tiny bit to be more in line with other cantrips?
