there's a teleport platform directly left of sir patrick's house inside the gate. right near the bushes. make sure you have good lockpicking skill though if you want the chests. also i hope you haven't done the quest for finnigan's lockpicks because if you have then i think you can't get in the treasury, not sure on that though.

I don't think having the lockpicks will affect that quest. There was a bug which would break Finnigan's Lockpicks before the 1.32 hotfix if you used them, but I don't know of any conflict with Sir Patrick.

I had this conflict, Raze. I left the chests in there - and couldn't reenter after a while - it was my guess that giving Finnegan back his lockpicks closes the teleporter - cause the thief says something about him wanting to loot the place. Kiya

I don't think Sir Patrick is really that picky about who exactly stole the deed, especially after realizing the inadequacies of his home security. I did not give Finnigan his lockpicks back, and the portal stopped working for me also.

I'm sorry guys - I don't mean to be lazy, but I haven't had enough coffee this morning to figure out the order of the levers to pull to get the door to the room with the title to open.

Thank you Dragon! I was trying to use all the levers and pulling my hair out in the process.

How do you get IN there? I can't find the teleporter. I've done the quest with the lockpicks so does this mean I can't get in?

If you haven't been in there already you should be able to enter, please try it. I couldn't REENTER after a certain time - maybe it has to do with getting the title deed already. This game still has puzzles for me in store. Then try the lever combination on my first screenshot. NW lever down SE lever down Middle lever down NE and SW are up in original position and should stay up. Kiya Title deed is on the small table, drag/drop it into your inventory. And drag/drop the chests one by one into your inventory, teleport yourself out with them if you haven't got lockpick lvl 5, so you can loot the money in there.

Alright so i got the quest from dante yadda yadda yadda, and after a while of frustrated search i found the teleporter, and got into his house. But i couldnt figure out the lever order and pulled them into all sorts of ups and downs. I came here to get help and went back to the game to pull the levers in that NW, SE, and middle order, and the door was still locked. I dont know what to do:
a) i dont have the patch yet, could that be the problem b) haven't talked to finnigan yet, i dont know if that matters or not, or do i need to talk to another NPC to trigger something? c) or am i screwed since i already played with the levers?\ d) or should i reset them all, go back out, come back in, and try again, cause i did that and it didnt work?
HELP PLZ!!

Using the teleporter pad to leave the house and then return should reset the levers; I did this a couple times. You shouldn't need to talk to anyone else or install the patch.

Well i took Raze's advice and went back and did it again, but it didnt work, however, i had a stroke of luck and hit the SE lever up i believe and it unlocked. SO i guess the puzzle is not the same for everyone?. Interesting....
Thanks though Raze

no, its the same for everyone, u must have hit something wrong before, hmm. There is something wonky that can happen here... I've done this quest several times with success, but my latest time through..I simply cannot get the last door to open.. All levers are in their rightful place and in the correct order....but the door remains locked...*scratches head*...I can't for the life of me figure out what's changed.... (I even tried the previous SE corner UP that was suggested earler...to no avail) I wish I could screen shot all the levers to show that they really, really are all in the right place....*sigh*... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />

A couple people have reported that the standard combination doesn't work for them, or that they played around with the levers and got another combination to work. Leaving the SW and NE levers up and pulling the NW and SE levers down should open all 4 doors to the small rooms. Perhaps the game sometimes gets confused about a lever's position, or the levers do not get reset properly exiting the house, or something. In any case, once the 4 doors are open you should just have to pull the central lever down to close them and open the treasure room door. Did you put all the levers in the up position, then leave the house (and maybe even Verdistis) to see if that would reset the levers and get the combination to work? You shouldn't have to put the levers up yourself, but it wouldn't hurt to try it. There can sometimes be a gap in the north west corner when two walls meet, which it may be possible to toss a teleporter stone through. You could check that corner of the treasure room in Sir Patrick's house, and see if you can see into the house from the outside, and drag and drop a teleporter in. You could use the file swap procedure described in the FIX for the Missing Catacombs Portal topic to get into the locked room, but I would have to find one of my old saves at that point to get a suitable data file. Another possible way into the room; Teleporting Anywhere, via hex editor

Yeah...I found this method through trial and error....so all the levers were UP except for the central one - so I got through... That's the first time I've run into this problem...
