Gayle died (x:-110 y:459) and can't be resurrected. He is simply untargettable. I've restarted the game, I've tried both the usual method (revigoration scrolls) and the story ritual (opening his bag, playing the flute and shit).
Nothing works.
I can't take a long rest because the game won't let me (even though I unlocked the undead priest who claims to be able to resurrect dead comrades).
So in short... I'm stuck with a dead companion and can't ever rest again.
