me and my three other friends just fought the fight of their life to kill everything on the helm only to find that the three demons have only basic great swords on thier bodys which the boss should at least have a flaming great sword like he wields against the mind flayer

I was wondering if they were possible to kill. Did you at least get some decent XP of off them?
If they give too good rewards, it'll feel mandatory to kill them though - not sure I would want them to go that route. It could easily lead to some very frustrated players.
