Seriously. I can't explore dark places because NO ONE in my party has Martial Weapons or Club Prof.

ANd if you don't have proficincy, you can't dual-wield with the weapon, which means the people lacking dark vision are basically useless.

There are always Light spells.

A podcast interview at 44:08. They’ll add a simple way to equip a torch and light it, without needing to dip it into fire. It’s not done yet.
