Not really, but I found a place where the game goes into a shiny blue screen if you step in just the right (or wrong) spot. Impossible to walk anywhere and the character disappears from the map entirely. Thankfully, it is possible to quick travel to camp.
Being the intrepid adventurer, I just had to see if it was at all possible to get to the apple sitting on the stool across the river (it's not). I walked on the left side of the tree directly across (on the traversable side of the river), and bam! Shiny blue! (I was around x:66, y:511 and stepped down toward the rocks/fallen branches.)
As a note, I had separated my main from the party, so I was the only one "stuck". I went to camp after and ended the day. When I left camp, the entire party was transported to the great blue yonder and I had to QT to get out of it.
