Once you have hit the level cap is there anyway to exchange the spells of your Wizards?

You mean Warlocks, since Wizards and Clerics can freely change any prepared spell after a long rest.

Swapping learnt spells looks ATM only available to warlocks when they level up, so you have 3 swaps available in the EA if spell selection didnt fit you.

Wizards can learn more spells each lv but sadly they cannot swap when leveling up, I dont know if it's a bug or a feature since iirc all spellcasters can switch at least one spell per level up.
