What it says on the tin. Regun from the missing shipment quest is captured in the Zhentarim Hideout, and when I free him, he doesn't go free. In fact it sounds like he's still being beaten up, despite me killing the person beating him up.
I don't know if this is a bug, or just something that hasn't been fully implemented yet.
