I bet many people already brought this up, but surface effects in general are excessive right now, too many fires, acid pits, frozen surfaces, steam clouds, it makes the game look more like DOS 1 and not a DnD 5E game, this hurts casters who need to maitain concentration too much and makes the game excessively chaotic and not very strategical.

Im a long time table DnD player and I love what i´ve seen so far, but this gets too much under my skin to ignore.

Also, as a last suggestion, long rests should be more dangerous and less spammable.
