What healing scrolls are you talking about? She comes with 'detect thoughts' by default, If I recall correctly.
To use a scroll in combat, it must:
a: be in their inventory
b: be their turn in combat
c: have a target within range ( that they can move to to touch or get line of sight )
If the scroll is an offensive one, keep in mind many spells can be resisted, so don't be disappointed if the enemy rolls their save!
If you're talking about the icons in her hotbar, those aren't scrolls at all, but her prepared spells. You can move these around, but casters have 'spell slots' -- how many spells they can cast per long rest.
Scrolls and spells are two completely different things, so be careful! :3
