How do you get the dwarf and imp scrolls? I'm clueless!

There are 2 ways to get the dwarf one. One is to talk to the only dwarf in the Dwarven Bread Inn. Refuse his gift and he will leave, and leave the scroll on the table ( it is always there but he gets kind of mad if you take it. ):D
The other way is to wait and do a quest for the Dwarven King. He will give you a scroll, too.

The Imp scroll is in the Imp's castle, in the Dark Forest.

There is also a dwarven scroll in the mayor's house in the dwarven village.

In the mayor's house??? I must be blind! I'll got search again! The crummy dwarf king isn't giving me a quest! Arrrrgh!


Imp: The imp castle in the south west corner? If so, CRAP!! (I was there and missed it).

The dwarven scroll should be on a table in the mayor's house. The imp scroll is in a small cell in the north of the lower level of the imp castle.
VERY BIG SPOILER ON TELEPORTERS

The dwarven king doesn't actually give you a quest, but does reward you after completing one for another dwarf.

As per Raze, I just pocketed the Dwarf Mayor's scroll while he wasn't looking. Call it the path of least resistance if you will.

Note : There are some DUPLICATES of the teleporter scrolls. Be careful not to collect any. I managed this and it caused the game to lock up when the right number of scrolls was reached to satisfy the quest. (Think it was a duplicate Human scroll from the Cursed Abbey after having got one from Captain Mitox).

I had duplivate scrolls and never had a freeze problem???

I never had that problem too. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I had several duplicate scrolls, but no lockup problems just about every time I played the game...
