First. Sometimes when I fast travel to camp one of my companions, (even if they were traveling with me) yells "Intruder!" and attacks me. Lae'zel and Shadowheart have both done this. It hasn't happened in about a week though so it might have already been fixed.
Second. Twice I've had Lae'zel not have a talk bubble in camp. Can't talk to her at all. So I can't get her into or out of my party. Both times, I had to hunt through old saves until I found when I could talk to her again and start over from there.
