The early release was pretty impressive so far, but there are obviously a few annoying gameplay bugs. I see Larian is fixing all kinds of crashes and performance issues, which is good, but I don't see anything about gameplay fixes in the patch notes. Is it how it is going to be? Or will there be a gameplay patch with more/fixed content before full release?

Obviously, there is no 100%, but they've already had some gameplay fixes (or attempts, Patch 2 specifically mentioned the Hag but maybe didn't fix everything).
So yes, there will certainly be gameplay fix patches.

When? When the stability isn't still an issue. Seemed pretty stable to me when I played early, but it's supporting a lot of platforms so who knows. My guess is you'll start seeing less stability and more gameplay changes in a couple weeks.

Full release is a very very long way away. About a year I would say.
