Sebille is the best Necromancer, as far as I know. The starting classes do not really matter during the character customization, but when you need to pick up companions, you must assign them classes anyway. I made my first playground (when I bought DoS 2 on Steam with a discount last year) with Lohse, Red Prince, Sebille and Fane. Though I had Sebille as a Rogue then.
