Heythere!

Since Gale himself reveals pretty early in the game that he has a cat i hope we will meet his fluffy companion in Baldurs Gate and he/she better is healthy and alive (he probably wont be able to feed her in a while..)
any thoughts about that ?
Nothing to dramatic but it would be quite immersion breaking if Larian forgets about it laugh

Well, cats are predators so his pet probably didn't starve there being alone. Also there are no cars to kill him on the street, pretty much alive.

Horse hooves and wagon wheels are almost just as dangerous as cars :P

I know, Pierre Curie died under wheels of one when he was pondering too much. But those are still slower than cars, count in more crowded streets.

My Gale has Find Familiar, so I met his cat. I prefer his raven.

This is the most important post that's been made since BG3 EA launched.
+1 to meeting Gale's kitty. I want to introduce it to Scratch.

I don't want to fall to bits 'cos of excess existential thought.

I want the cat in the camp.

Cat rules.

Probably they would resolve all the tadpole problems with their charisma and majesty.

All hail the cats!

A responsible mage cat owner would not leave his pet without a stoneskin amulet, activated on demand.

I'm not sure how his cat would get to Baldur's Gate, but I suppose a wizard's pet might be capable of rather extraordinary things. I'd definitely love to meet him/her - at least we should get more out of Gale than a passing reference, what kind of cat lover doesn't want to talk about their lord and master beloved kitty? I want to know more about the tressym too! A flying cat sounds awesome (unless you're a bird, I suppose).

Perhaps Gale was such a poor servant that Kitty had abandoned him for a greater wizardo (hence these complexes, it wasn't Mystra).

And think of all the furniture monsters. In DnD, when you scratch the sofa, the sofa scratches back

LOL, it actually would be so funny if the black cat in DOS II would be somehow linked to Gales Cat, since its previous owner was a wizard as well! (I know different universe and stuff..but..just a funny idea)

i made an account with the sole purpose of informing you that you can, in-fact, meet Gale's "cat" -- she's eating carrier pigeons off the roof of one of the temples in the third act! Plenty capable of caring for herself it seems
