I can't use the hotbar or cast spells with my druid. It's not possible to drag anything into the hotbar and if I click on a spell from my character sheet, nothing happens.

Have you tried saving and reloading?
I'm playing a party of 2 Druids ,one land and one Moon, and neither has that issue.

Saving and reloading, trying to repair game properties. I'm down to deinstalling, erasing everything Larian- and BG3 related from my computer and reinstalling after that. I was foolish enough to use a hairmod at some point, maybe something tehre was interferring.

That's probably the way to go.

Mods don't play nice with major game upgrades.

That's true and I learned my lesson. No more mods until the game has properly launched.

I'm experiencing the same issue but literally the only mod I've installed is the one that changes the color of the dice... is there any other solution to this than just reinstalling from the beginning? Is anybody else experiencing this?

I don't even have jump, throw nor any of the other actions!

There was a mod that forced recompile so that patch three didn't break PAK mods: https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/141

I don't know that would work (haven't finished downloading patch 4), but it might be worth a try.

Good rule of thumb, if you want to play with mods, zip up a copy of the game folder so you can just swap it out before a patch. Easy peasy.

I don't know, I just found it the easiest to simply erase everything and install the game new. That helped me, my hotbar is now normal.

As the title says
Every time when I start a new game (any class) since the new patch all the basic actions (jump, etc) and spells (items and consumables too) are missing from the hotbar. Can't even drag them onto it from the spells window

Any idea how to fix it?

I already deleted user data (profiles, saves, settings) and tried repair
I got the game on GoG and it worked perfectly before the patch

Okay, so I missed a few files from a previously installed mod. Deleting them fixed the issue
