I found a bug that if you steal weapons and armor from NPC's that they can get glitched out and you cant move them to other player's inventory, nor can they pick them up after being dropped on the ground. let alone be seen or equiped by other players. also you cannot sell them either

There are equipped items on enemies that cannot be retrieved from the corpses. Some of the imps on the nautiloid carry light crossbows, for example. Another example is that bugbears don't drop weapons, even if they use them. It sounds like you managed to steal some of those (I would be interested in how you did it). The 'non-lootable' flag on them probably causes the various problems you are having.
