Is it possible to change your decision retrospectively, from thief to arcane?

No, or at least not without a mod. You would(should need to anyway) also need to change your starting stats to increase INT.

After EA probably, they had it for the last two divinity games if i remember correctly.

hmm what do you mean? change with int and have to? I can find the mod where! nexus! and I have to do it for real to play sensible?

and how much increase? and why ? a bug?

Even if it's not implemented by Larian ( Highly Unlikely ) there would be a mod later. And INT is a dump stat atm with the circlet that gives you 18.
