im havving issues with strong camera stutter - despite having a high end spec system and constantly over 100fps. It only happens when using the middle mouse button to pan the camera.

Spec: 9900k 5.2Ghz 3080 Trio X Installed on NVME All drivers up2date Acer X34p (100Hz Gsync)
What i noticed: Stutter occurs on Vulkan and DX11. No FPS Drops Occurs on all Quality Settings (even the lowest one).
