Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - General What is the point of Potion of Vitality?

Poisoned status generally runs out even before you can use it. Diseased, as far as we can see, does not exist. And it seems to do nothing against all the other status effects in the game (Auntie's Well, Infested, sickness from apples, bleeding from spike traps, etc).

Equally, there are only about 2 potions of it available in EA. So why does it exist at all?

I thought it was to recover from using a potion of speed, but there doesn't seem to be a way to use it when you need to. I suppose 1 party member could throw it at the one who needs the exhaustion removed?
