Hello Support Team,

I'd like to report a glitch.

Right after I get to the 'Ravaged Beach' my main character can't move. I can cast spells, buffs, use items anything but actually move or jump. I can go to and return camp but without any movement.

I have reinstalled the game and replayed the first mission with human druid and drow druid - same thing regardless if I play with Vulkan or DirectX 11.

I am experiencing the glitch specifically with druid characters and patch 4. No such issues with a rogue before the patch.

I am running the game on Windows 10 via Steam.

As you can imagine it is not the best experience when right after the tutorial scenario the character becomes practically unplayable.

Have anybody else experienced the same glitch?

Any tips how to get through it?

Thank you for the quick reply and good call.

I am not sure why complete reinstall did not fix them, but files verification found 7 corrupt ones. Fixing them resolved the issue for me.
