Been taking a pause to wait for updates.

It seems patch 5 should be out "Patch 5 Now Live"? On launch my game says version 4.1.1.1 and there's no update button.

Patch 5 is still game version 4?

depending on version Steam or GoG, check if you have set oyur BETA on patch 4 at Steam.
Normally game will upgrade to newest Version. So it might be you set it up like Larian has told ppl when they want to play older patches.

The most up to date version of the game is version number: 4.1.1.1182678. The number of the patch is not reflected in the version number.
