Apologies if this is a known bug,

I had an early fight where my druid (in bear form) was right up against an Entombed Warrior. The enemy had the Threatened status, but when trying to use Astarion's ranged sneak attack I got the tooltip "You must have Advantage". I double checked everything, Astarion didn't have disadvantage or anything. So as a test I moved to the next round and moved Shadowheart up within melee range of the warrior as well. Now Astarion could make the ranged sneak attack.

Any other druid form things I should know about? Already kicking myself for making a halfling and not having darkvision when in druid form

I've noticed this bug too. I wonder if this has something to do with the size of the animal form, and how the game recognizes combatants in melee.

Other people have mentioned that Sneak Attack may be calculating distance using the center of hitboxes. This would mean bear form (a big hitbox) could cause this bug, since the center of its hitbox is too far even if your bear is right next to them
