I searched the feedback forum for "talking skeleton" before posting, and found no one discussing this. Am I the crazy one here? Skeletons aren't covered in skin. That guy is. He's more like a talking mummy.

You're 100% correct, the dude is more than just a skeleton.
However there have been bigger issues in the game.

Hopefully this gets settled before release
